Neena Sali
Neena started her career initially in market research and sales before setting foot into the executive search industry. She has held leadership roles with large Global Search Firms managing clients and the Research function with large teams across locations. A keen interest in Business Excellence she has got many accolades for this. A huge diversity proponent all through her career, Neena has also been on the POSH Committee.
With over 25 years of experience specializing in executive search, talent acquisition and career counseling services, she has also gained a breadth of experience in multiple industry sectors.
She holds an expertise in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Engineering, Consumer and not-for-profit background. She has successfully managed leadership roles across a wide spectrum of industries, along with leading search mandates in various functional disciplines of international corporations. Neena helps organizations by recommending a wide diversity of candidates who will excel within the structure of these organizations and help strengthen their business.
An ardent supporter of underprivileged children; she supports various organizations in and around Pune. In her leisure time, she enjoys driving and has participated in several car rallies. Alongside this, she enjoys indulging in baking and healthy cooking. Music, experimenting with workouts, and staying physically fit are also some of her keen interests.
Neena holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from the University of Pune and has completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She is also an AESC Certified Search Professional. She speaks fluent English, Hindi, and native Marathi. Long years spent in different parts of the country gives her the ability to understand languages like Gujarati and Punjabi.
Ramakrishnan Vitta
Ram began his successful career with a stint in International Marketing of Consumer Goods, making great strides working with a distinguished Auto Components Group before embarking upon his journey in the realm of Executive Search.
A seasoned veteran in this field with over 2 decades of experience in the Executive Search domain, Ram has a strong foothold in the industry as the trusted advisor to a plethora of Indian & Global Clientele.
With an armada of in-depth industry knowledge and first-hand experience across multiple sectors, he is a valuable advisory asset, improving business productivity through C-level leadership hiring.
Ram's primary expertise lies in Infrastructure, Consumer, Life Science, Healthcare, and Industrial Practices.
Ram has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the prestigious Madras University, as well as a PG Certification in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
He went on to secure a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade Management from the Institute of Export Management, Kolkata.
In his free time, he enjoys pursuing his passion for reading fiction, travelling and music.

Bhavik is an Senior Consultant Financial Services specializing in professional recruiting and building leadership teams with a strong track record of providing quality results at the senior and executive level. He brings 21+ years of experience working in industry and consulting including Big 4 - Banks, Insurance, Capital Markets, Hedge funds, Fintech, Technology. He has assisted with building core leadership teams for fundraising, seed round and IPO for small size fintech’s and mid-size fast growth organizations. Key strategic partnerships with CEO, CFO and CRO at small regional and large global organizations for high growth, pre/post acquisition, mergers and consolidation of entities.
Bhavik has served as a Partner in Risk Consulting, led Risk and Regulatory compliance practice with 70+ people working across FS. As a banker on Wall Street worked in executive positions in Risk Management, Internal Audit & business functions. He is skilled at designing and implementing recruiting and sourcing strategies to achieve maximum results.
In his spare time Bhavik likes to run, he has to his credit multiple milestones as a full and half Marathon runner.
Bhavik is an Engineer (Electronics & Communication ) and has done his MBA in Finance & Derivatives from Loyola University Chicago. He is a regular Speaker and Presenter at various conferences and events. He speaks fluent English and Hindi. He lives in New York.
