Neena started her career initially in market research and sales before setting foot into the executive search industry. She has held leadership roles with large Global Search Firms managing clients and the Research function with large teams across locations. A keen interest in Business Excellence she has got many accolades for this. A huge diversity proponent all through her career, Neena has also been on the POSH Committee.
With over 25 years of experience specializing in executive search, talent acquisition and career counseling services, she has also gained a breadth of experience in multiple industry sectors.
She holds an expertise in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Engineering, Consumer and not-for-profit background. She has successfully managed leadership roles across a wide spectrum of industries, along with leading search mandates in various functional disciplines of international corporations. Neena helps organizations by recommending a wide diversity of candidates who will excel within the structure of these organizations and help strengthen their business.
An ardent supporter of underprivileged children; she supports various organizations in and around Pune. In her leisure time, she enjoys driving and has participated in several car rallies. Alongside this, she enjoys indulging in baking and healthy cooking. Music, experimenting with workouts, and staying physically fit are also some of her keen interests.
Neena holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from the University of Pune and has completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She is also an AESC Certified Search Professional. She speaks fluent English, Hindi, and native Marathi. Long years spent in different parts of the country gives her the ability to understand languages like Gujarati and Punjabi.
Ms. Miinaa Screwvalla is a highly experienced professional with varied experience across multiple verticals and industries. She has done her BA (Hons) in Economics and Political Science from Chandigarh and MBA in Marketing from Pune University.
Her professional stints have been across the Telecom Sector, Hospitality & the Service industry. She has managed Profit Centers in the HR / Recruitment space, developing skills beyond the confines of a corporate role.
Meena has set up Franchisees, run Profit Centers and trained hundreds of executives on their sales/marketing skills. Proudly associated with Lime; she with her partner- Neena Sali, are engaged in building a high quality service organization with remote associates both in India and globally that responds to all Customer Support queries of Lime Customers.
Her entrepreneurial passion for taking on new challenges and turning that business into a customer delight is the moving force behind everything she delves into. As a partner with Praxis Inc. she handles a unique business under the Go Green initiative having a Plants library, Bio walls and Landscaping projects for Corporates and homes.
A passionate Entrepreneur, Meena is also a philanthropist and supports several old age homes. In her leisure she loves going for treks in the mountains and traveling both in country and internationally.
